Train 360 ~ Your Complete Fitness Solution
The Train 360 Fitness system can be used as your complete workout solution or to augment your existing program. The workouts and the program are based on years of training experience and the most cutting-edge physiological principles. The workouts are designed to work both your muscular-skeletal and cardiovascular systems. The system is based on the belief that you can and should move your body six days a week. Train 360 is designed to give you something to do each day-we provide the proper mix of exercises and the right amount of active recovery and rest days so you can train smarter and better than ever before.
Train 360 takes the guess work out of your exercise routine. We have the knowledge and experience and diligently applied them both when creating the system. Train 360 keeps your body and mind from getting bored by varying such things as intensity, reps, sets, rest interval, exercise order, and exercise inventory. The system will increase your lean muscle mass, improve your flexibility and posture, and strengthen your cardiovascular system. You will look and feel better.
WORKOUTS & EXERCISES
Train 360 gives you a daily workout program to follow seven days a week. Each workout is listed in an easy-to-read, printable format with keyword descriptions of the exercises and photo clips to help you remember the positioning of the exercise. Every exercise is linked to a short HD video clip with Gabby and Mike demonstrating the exercise as well as offering pointers on form and purpose. All moves can be downloaded to your computer or ipod or accessed at anytime in the Exercise Gallery section.
Each week is generally broken down into the following days;
- Mix
- Upper Body Centric
- Lower Body Centric
- Abs-Core
- Cardio
- Circuit
- Rest
The daily order of each week is changed to keep your body guessing in order to promote the greatest gains. Workouts range in time from 20-40 minutes in duration.
You can choose from two levels: Beginner or Intermediate-Advanced

Get or give support to other Train 360 members. With our new Facebook type system you choose who you want to interact with. Train 360 comes with your own space to build a page about you! You are the author and can write your own: blogs, goals, interests, bio, favorite exercises, comments, bulletins, and more! You have the ability to search for workout Buddy's or accept someone wanting to be yours. We want to make fitness a priority in your life, and what better way to make it happen than with support from friends!
