I've always been interested in learning about fitness through magazines, dvds, books etc. But I've never been able to stick to a fitness program for more than 2 weeks. The exercises are always changing and they are so different than your standard squats and crunches that I actually look forward to clicking on the next demo. The motivation on the site and tips have helped me to incorporate exercise as a way of life.

I never thought that I'd have enough time to exercise but with Train 360 the exercises are short and effective. The extra energy that exercising gives me has in a way given me more time because I feel refreshed and awake. I've also just recently reached under 160lbs-something that I haven't been in a while. I think the site is great and I love it now that you can print the work outs and go. I just finished putting a binder together with the printouts. People ask me what's in the binder and I show them, they can't believe how great and I send them to the site to get their own!

After looking at so many different workouts that promised to be "quick, easy and offer great results" I had just about given up on finding something that worked for me. I am not easily motivated at all. I want to exercise and be healthy, but I have very little time and patience. I came across the myTrain360.com website and looked over the Train 360 system and thought to myself "hey, why not?" I'm so glad that I tried it. I absolutely love it. The workouts are challenging and diverse and the fact that I need practically no space to do the workouts and can do them at my leisure, anywhere is great! The exercises are made easy thanks to the demonstrations by Gabby and Mike and the e-mail reminders work well because it makes me feel guilty enough to log in and do my workout yet not guilty enough to do it if I just don't feel like it. The results I have seen in my body are amazing and I feel more flexible and energetic.
