I've always been interested in learning about fitness through magazines, dvds, books etc. But I've never been able to stick to a fitness program for more than 2 weeks. After trying other on-line workout programs and cutting out countless magazine routines mytrain360.com is the only one that I have stuck with. The exercises are always changing and they are so different than your standard squats and crunches that I actually look forward to clicking on the next demo. The motivation on the site and tips have helped me to incorporate exercise as a way of life.
I never thought that I'd have enough time to exercise but with Train 360 the exercises are short and effective. The extra energy that exercising gives me has in a way given me more time because I feel refreshed and awake. I've also just recently reached under 160lbs-something that I haven't been in a while. I have also noticed a significant improvement in my mood-just ask my boyfriend and he can tell you right away if I've missed a Train 360 workout!
